He currently serves as the Washington Correspondent for the Arkansas Democrat-Gazette in Washington, D.C. His responsibilities include covering the Natural State's congressional delegation and producing "Arkies in the Beltway," a weekly podcast connecting national politics to issues affecting Arkansans.
Alex previously served as anchor and reporter for West Virginia MetroNews in Charleston, West Virginia, and played an instrumental role in expanding the news organization's political news coverage. He was a regular contributor to the news organization's programming and podcasts.
